Change Management is a structured methodology that ensures successful execution of complex organizational changes by:

 - Defining how to create energy needed for the change process

 - Creating the “change story”

 - Mapping the stakeholders in the change process and how they will be affected by it.

 - Mapping the main areas of resistance and ways to manage and overcome the resistance.

 - Mapping all the risks associated with the change and designing a detailed plan that will enable successful change implementation. 

- Design of interventions targeted to improve the success rate and lessons learned to improve future change processes.
