Open Innovation

In a world of widely distributed knowledge, companies cannot afford to rely entirely on their own R&D, but should instead buy or license technology from other companies (Chesbrough & Bogers, 2014).

Companies are using external ideas and technologies in addition to  internal ones as a way to increase innovation and market success. Many companies have become more open to the idea that innovations can easily transfer inward and outward between companies.

We facilitate this process by mapping and defining innovation needs, connecting mature organizations with technology startups and fostering mutually beneficial cooperation options.
