Growth can come from within if employees are highly engaged and positive about their work, their team, their boss and the company as a whole. Studies show that companies with high levels of engagement are more profitable and have higher levels of growth. We have a proven methodology to increase engagement. The mapping phase includes a root-cause analysis of the company (and division / unit) levels to assess root causes of low engagement. We then engage in a participatory process where we facilitate the design of a change program focused on engagement and enablement. We support managers in implementing the plan, changing management practices where needed and achieving the necessary breakthrough.
